Only if sealed and you have a prescription. Over-the-counter products will only be accepted when delivered to the salon, sealed, and accompanied by a provided receipt or a shipping invoice. The client's name is then placed on the product. The client will then be the only person who uses this product for services, with gloves.

We genuinely understand how important it is for you to have your child with you during your appointment. Unfortunately, because our suite has very limited space, we cannot accommodate unaccompanied guests who are not currently receiving services. This means that minors would have to wait outside the suite, which we know is not a suitable or safe option. Please know that we are actively working on finding a solution to better serve families like yours in the near future. Until then, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

We welcome children aged 6 and up for our loc services, with a parent or guardian present during the appointment to ensure comfort and safety. Please note that steam treatments are not available for children, as they can be too intense. A consultation is required for all children’s services to tailor the experience to their needs. We’re happy to include hair accessories at no extra charge when styling children’s hair; however, accessories are not provided and should be brought by you.
