These terms apply to bulk bookings made with Nice Locs, including prepaid service bundles, multi-session packages, or blocks of appointments purchased together outside of a membership.

Bulk bookings are designed for clients who prefer to prepay for multiple services while maintaining flexibility without committing to a recurring membership.

What Is Considered a Bulk Booking

A bulk booking includes:

• Multiple services purchased together

• Prepaid sessions intended for future use

• Packages that are not part of a recurring membership

Bulk bookings are not memberships and follow different rules.

Service Eligibility & Approval

• Bulk services are valid only for the service type purchased.

• Services cannot be exchanged for:

  • A different method

  • A different crown size

  • A different service category

• All services remain subject to:

  • Hair and scalp health

  • Proper maintenance timing

  • Salon policies

If hair condition changes, services may be modified or deferred to protect hair health.

Scheduling & Use

• Bulk services must be booked within the allowed usage window discussed at purchase.

• Appointments are scheduled based on availability.

• Clients are responsible for booking appointments in a timely manner.

Missed appointments, late cancellations, or unused sessions are considered used unless otherwise stated at purchase.

Expiration

• Bulk services expire.

• Services do not roll over, accumulate, or extend beyond the designated usage period.

• Expiration timelines are communicated at the time of purchase.

Unused services after expiration are forfeited.

Payments & Refunds

• Bulk bookings are non-refundable.

• Once any portion of a bulk package has been used, the remaining balance is not eligible for refund.

• Time, preparation, and availability are reserved at the time of purchase.

Transfers & Sharing

• Bulk bookings are non-transferable.

• Services may not be shared, gifted, or reassigned to another client.

• Gift certificates will be offered separately.

Service Modifications

• Bulk bookings do not lock in pricing for:

  • Additional services

  • Add-ons

  • Repairs

• Any service outside the purchased package will be billed separately.

Policy Violations

If salon policies are violated:

• A fee may be applied, or

• The client may be asked to leave, depending on severity.

If a client is asked to leave:

• The appointment is charged as if completed

• That bulk service is considered used

Repeated or serious violations may result in forfeiture of remaining services without refund.

Results & Expectations

Bulk bookings support planning and consistency, not guaranteed outcomes.

Results vary based on:

• Hair type and condition

• Growth patterns

• Home care

• Maintenance timing

No specific aesthetic result is guaranteed.

Client Agreement

By purchasing a bulk booking with Nice Locs, the client acknowledges that:

• Services must be used within the allowed timeframe

• Unused services expire

• Bulk bookings are non-refundable

• Services are non-transferable

• Missed appointments may count as used

• Policy violations may result in loss of remaining services
