Essential Care Services

  • A focused consultation to assess the condition of your locs, scalp health, and ongoing maintenance needs. Recommended for new or transfer clients, or for clients unsure which Essential Care service to book.

    This service does not include shampooing, maintenance, or styling.

  • A cleansing service focused solely on washing and refreshing the scalp and locs. This service is ideal for clients who need buildup removal or scalp cleansing between regular maintenance appointments.

    No maintenance, retwist, or styling included.
    Recommended for interlocked or crocheted loc clients between scheduled maintenance.
    Palm-rolled locs may unravel and lose definition if shampooed without maintenance.

  • Includes a shampoo followed by simple loc styling only. This service is designed for clients whose locs do not require maintenance at the time of service.

    Simple styles available may include:

    • Rope twists

    • Barrel-style sets

    • Basic pinned or wrapped styles

    No maintenance or retwisting is included.
    Best suited for interlocked or crocheted loc clients between typical maintenance cycles.
    Palm-rolled locs may unravel and will not retain a freshly maintained appearance without a retwist.

  • Maintenance service for traditional locs using the palm roll method to refresh new growth while preserving the established loc pattern.

    Service coverage may include:

    • Full crown

    • Partial crown or mohawk

    Simple styles included:

    • Rope twists

    • Barrel sets

    • Basic pinned or wrapped styles

    Advanced styles, extended styling time, or additional manipulation may require an upgrade.
    Coverage area must be selected correctly at booking.

  • Maintenance service designed specifically for established freeform or semi-freeform loc clients. This service supports the natural formation of the locs through cleansing, separation, and intentional preservation of the client’s existing freeform pattern.

    Service coverage may include:

    • Full crown

    • Partial crown or mohawk

    No palm rolling or restructuring is performed.
    This service does not alter loc structure or formation.

  • Professional removal of loc styles such as barrel sets, rope twists, or pinned styles.

    Does not include shampoo or maintenance unless booked separately.
