During your appointment

  • On arrival, you will call in on the call box

    • Dial the suit number 402, then the green bell on both call boxes to be let in

    • Wait in the lobby if early for the appointment

    • Remember to press the green bell

  • You are draped with a cape and a towel

  • A consultation is always conducted to make sure that appointment goals are met

  • All photos should be sent to the salon number

  • The scalp is checked and exfoliated if necessary

  • Hair is shampooed with filtered water and premium products 2-3 times

  • Hair is then conditioned with premium products and steamed with distilled water

  • Hair is then thoroughly rinsed and towel-dried

  • Desired hair maintenance is performed, or drying of ends, depending on hair length and density

  • Hair is then dried

  • Standard styling options include rope twists, ponytails, simple updos, or simple cornrows.

  • Any styles requiring thread, nets, hair beads, or jewelry, set or color, are subject to an upcharge.

After your appointment

  • Please confirm payment before leaving

  • Photos of completed hair are optional; faces are not included.

  • The salon is then sanitized for the next appointment.

  • Salon and tools are consistently cleaned and sanitized by current health code regulations, using EPA regulated products.

  • All products are portioned to prevent cross contamination.

  • All liens are laundered and sanitized after each client

  • Salon is sanitized between clients when overlapping no busy days

  • Cancelation fee is waived for positive covid results

  • Gloves, face mask, and hand sanitizer is available when requested.

  • No Smoking/Vaping allowed on premises

  • This is a LGBTQ+ safe space please be mindful, respectful, and understanding of conversations and attire.

  • If positive for covid or any other contagious condition that is not skin related appointment cancelation fee will be waived with reschedule.
